- Good written and oral communication skills and able to interact with people of various levels
- Structured, analytical thinker with good numerical skills
- Team Player. Able to work independently without much supervision
- Be receptive to changes in the organization and able to implement these changes if needed
Business Analyst (REAL ESTATE) - AVP (Group Business Banking Divisional Office)

Relationship Manager (Group Business Banking)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of real estate customers within the Real Estate Department.
- Ensure cross sell of financial products and services, including cross-selling capital markets, corporate finance, treasury, cash management, and asset management products.
- To generate revenue from existing and new relationships.
- Put up credit proposition
Reporting to:
Senior Relationship Manager, WCM
- A recognized university degree with at least 5 years experience in relationship management with corporate customers.
- Good working knowledge of banking products, including treasury, cash management, and investment banking
- Independent, self-motivated, strong in interpersonal skills and good team player.
- In real estate lending will be an added advantage.
